• Our AI automatically categorizes your events (e.g., meals, meetings) based on past data.
• You can toggle this feature on or off in the settings.

📌 Default Calendar

• Choose the calendar where new events and todos will be scheduled.
• Example: your Google or Outlook account.

⏳ Event Availability

• Set whether events created in Lifstack are marked as Available or Busy.
• This helps manage how your time appears when scheduling.

🔄 Calendar Sync

• Sync events created in Lifstack to your external calendars (Google, Outlook, etc.).
• Toggle Sync on to enable.

📤 Export Lifstack

• Export your energy zones from Lifstack directly into your external calendar.
