With the Oura Connector, you can chat with your Oura data in ChatGPT - ask anything about your sleep, exercise, and more.

How to set up

  1. Open ChatGPT > Settings

  1. Select Apps & Connectors > Advanced settings

  1. Turn on Developer mode

  1. Go back to Apps & Connectors, and Click Create button next to Enabled connectors

  1. Fill in this information and create a connector
