đ Data Security
- Lifestack uses a trusted third-party API called Terra to connect your wearable devices. Terra ensures that all data is encrypted. When you link a device, Terra (as our processor) securely obtains the necessary data from your device/app provider and transmits it to us. Terraâs own end-user privacy terms describe the categories of data processed (e.g., activity, body metrics, sleep, menstruation, nutrition, device details), retention (typically ~2 days, up to 6 months where required by providers), international transfers (primarily UK), security, sharing with infrastructure providers, and your privacy rights. Please review Terraâs End User Privacy Policy for details: https://tryterra.co/privacy
- In Lifestackâs database, only metadata related to sleep, stress, heart rate (depending on your permissions and devices), and energy predictions is stored. This information is fully anonymized, making it impossible to identify individual users.
- Take a look at Privacy Policy for more details.
