We've updated how wearables connect:

If you already have a wearable connected, nothing changes — it keeps working exactly as before.

This only affects new connections: Lifestack now reads new wearable data through Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android) instead of connecting each brand separately — the same hub your Garmin, Oura, Whoop, or Fitbit app is probably already sending data to.

Connecting a new device? Connect Apple Health or Health Connect below, and its data flows in automatically.
