1. Scope

This Policy applies to personal information processed through the Service. It does not apply to third-party websites, applications, devices, or services that may be linked from RoxPath and that operate under their own privacy policies.

RoxPath is a fitness education and training-log service. It is not a medical service, health-care provider, or emergency service. Information you enter about workouts or performance is used to provide the Service and should not be treated as medical advice.

2. Personal Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

• Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, profile photo, athlete level, training goals, and other profile details you choose to provide.
• Training and performance information, such as workouts completed, sets, repetitions, distance, weight, time, pace, personal bests, training streaks, favorites, and notes you choose to record.
• Communications and support information, including the content of messages you send to us and information needed to respond.

2.2 Information from Google sign-in

When you sign in with Google, Google may provide us with information you authorize, such as your name, email address, profile image, and a unique account identifier. Google controls its own processing of your information under its privacy terms and the permissions shown during sign-in.

2.3 Information collected automatically

When you use the Service, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the app, such as:

• Device and app information, including device type, operating system, app version, language, and general configuration.
• Usage and diagnostic information, including app interactions, feature use, crash reports, error logs, and performance data.
• Network and security information, such as IP address, approximate region derived from IP address, timestamps, and authentication or fraud-prevention signals.

We do not collect precise location information unless we first provide notice and obtain any permission required by the device platform.
